Inspections and Repairs

Inspections

ACC Roofing does not charge for a competitive bid, but we do charge for inspections. We are happy to provide a thorough unbiased inspection and submit a professional inspection report on any commercial or residential roof. Residential inspections are $65.00. Rates for commercial inspections are determined by the size and type of the roof.

If our inspection shows the need for a new roof or repair and ACC Roofing Inc is awarded the contract, the $65.00 will be credited toward the final invoice.

Repairs

Because most repairs are the result of previous poor workmanship, the extent of which is not easily determined, we do not warranty, and can not give a “hard bid” on repairs. Our rate for a repair is $49.00 per man hour plus the cost of materials used in the repair. The minimum charge for repairs is $150.00 plus materials. A written proposal will be provided prior to the start of any work on that exceed $800.00. We strive to respond to repairs within 48 hours (many are done the same day) and commit to completing all work as quickly as possible.
